I don't think it will be the END of the World, 'as we know it'.
However, the Possibility of an ALL OUT Nuclear War is possible and as time goes by it the possibilities get closer & closer (Iran possibly getting Nuclear Weapons)! India & Pakistan are already Nuclear powers and are constantly 'verbally' battling.
"IF" it were to Happen, I don't think it would be the TOTAL end of the Human race. there would be TREMENDOUS Death & Destruction but, those that make it through/survive will have to Start over.
Scary isn't it? Depending on how SEVERE it is the possibilities of re-seeding to Grow food and have living Livestock would be next to impossible.
I think the threats of Nuclear war will go back n' forth and WHEN and IF it happens, believe me, you and I will be long gone, thru Natural events!

I think it means the end of the world as we know it now. It is going to improve, and the criminals will wipe each other out while able people will become more able. Aware people will be more aware and make this world a better place for the rest who want to help.

Anyone who predicts doom and gloom for the world is not long for that world. they are predicting their own demise, not the rest of us – because we all have choices.

But we all better start taking responsibility for this planet and agree as a group that nobody will detonate that last atom bomb that will push us over the edge towards death of this planet.

Nostradamus is hte most poorly translated person in existence today.

Do yourself a favor and get a hold of his REAL writings, not translations of others and u will see what a farce the modern phenomena is.

And Nostradamus never predicted the end of the world to be 2012. His prophecies go to the year 3797.
