I have spent my Life trying to figure out the truth to Life and the Universe . I have done much reading and taken different pieces of the truth from many religions. Many Religions I have found to be False. Even though things are proven to be false over and over People do continue on “Faith” to believe them. My ideas here are as a Theory of what I have come up with so far. There is No Box where things have to be 100% True and can not be wrong. They are only what you Believe and want them to be. Here I will try to explain what I think the truth is so far and why I believe it to be true ! This is an on going work and there will be many updates and Changes as time goes by and I learn more. Please feel free to ask Questions because that is how we find the Answers. Lets be clear I am not Saying I am God or the Son of God, I am Saying that We as a Human race are all small Pieces of what we think of as God !

Your First Step: The Universe only knows what is in your mind ! If your Brain has negative emotions and thoughts then that is what it brings you . Be careful what your mind thinks about. I am going to start you off by telling you this Life is nothing more than VACATIONISM !!!

The Therory of Vactionism is that every person and every Living thing is Energy . We all come from this Giant energy ball that floats some where in the Middle of the Universe . When we are a part of the Energy Ball we are all Connected, We are individuals yet we are one and the same and we feel only Joy Happiness Peace (No Negative Emotions) and we are never alone !

Every now and again things get a little Boring, We are curious beings that seek new adventures. We leave the Energy Ball and we travel the Universe and look for something to become for a while. For those of us here on Earth We become Humans , Animals Trees and Plants . (I am not Sure maybe other things too like Clouds and stuff like that)

While we are here we have Corporeal bodies that we live in. These Bodies keep us from Truly being a part of each other as we are used to . (Sex being the Closest Thing we experaince to togetherness) These Bodies are the reason for many negative emotions.

As Children We learn that if we touch a hot stove it hurts the body , So we learn pain and because of pain we learn fear and because of fear and Pain we allow ourselves to fear and distrust those things we do not remember we know and understand. Often we spend our Lives, Hiding away not trusting anything in an attempt to protect this body (This Body is Nothing more then a rental car you would get while on Vacation)

We come here to enjoy Different experiences, But We spend most of our time hating and fearing each other. We are all Roses from the Same Bush, Some of us have been placed in Different Colored Vases. Why would a Rose hate its Brother Rose because it has been placed in a Red vase while the other Rose a Blue vase?

This Life is a Vacation and we are here to enjoy it and bring back the Experiences to the Giant Energy Ball and share our Vacation Photos with everyone else that is there. What will you have to show? A Life time of Working 9 to 5 and hiding in fear or will you have some Great Crazy Vacation Photos to Share?

This Life is not reality it is only a Vacation. When a Human dies a few Minutes Later there is an Energy Discharge from the Body , I believe that is who we truly are !

There is a great and Powerful Being that Controls the Universe it is not mean and it does not Judge Us it is a part of Us and Us a part of it. It tries to help us out by sending us what it thinks we need. The Brain and our thoughts work on energy when we think negative Emotions then that is what it sends to us. This Life is Nothing more then a Short vacation and Should be taken with no more Seriousness then that !!!

Is The World Really Supposed To End On May 21st? I Find It Hard To Believe….?

From what I've heard the world is supposed to end tomorrow at 6pm by a massive earthquake. I was freaking out thinking a scientist predicted it until I heard that it was a Preacher who did. not only that but he predicted the same thing last year and it never happened!
I believe in God- Although I dont really have a specific religion- and so does my boyfriend. He has done some research on the subject for quite some time now. And he is also reading the bible cover to cover.
He told me that God said, no Man nor Angel can ever know Mankinds End.
Also he checked up on the earthquake thing and said from what he has read, its the Madrid Fault and he told me not to worry because its in the middle of the US. He said he's sure lots of people will die but doesn't think it will happen on this side of the US (California).
I don't know what to believe! I find it hard to believe the Preacher.. Because the bible doesn't say the world will end on May 21, 2011. how could this Preacher get an exact date like that? He's not a scientist from what I know!
What are your opinions on the subject?

It is most certainly false. In fact 99% of us faithful Christians dissmiss it as ballony. The preacher somehow used the Bible to figure out Christ's crucifiction, (he believes it is April 1, 55 AD or something like that) and then he used the square of three special numbers repeated in the Bible to get the number of days until Jesus would come back. He also used a passage from the Bible that said for every 1000 days to us it is like a second in heaven, or something like that.

So if Jesus was crucified on April Fool's Day – and I am not sure where the preacher got that information – and if you know for a fact that atonement means the number 5, completeness is no other number but the number 10, and the seventh heaven is really the seventeenth heaven, well, that is all the evidence you need for the world ending tomorrow.

Beside the biblical fact that clearly states that no one can know the time, there is no earthquake that can end the earth; they are too localized.
As far as 2012, the same principle can be applied. no one can know.
However, I do have a question for you, and/or your boyfriend. If this concerns you so much and you have been reading the Bible from cover to cover, hasn't it had any effect on your lives? Where is your fear coming from? Personally, I look forward to the end…even if I have to suffer through whatever means the Lord uses. it will be over and I believe I will enter eternal life with God, family, friends and loved ones.
Don't intend to get preachy on you, but get right with the God of your understanding and get to know him with whatever time we have left. sure, in the END, we all will die. We can also die just stepping off the sidewalk in front of a bus. The goal is to know him, love him and Serve him. this is mostly seen in the lives we lead and our relationships with others.

Well, for one, I don't remember the end being 2000. I thought it was just a computer problem that was going to cause a black out. all of these thigs must happen first. I would say we are right on the time when the gospel is being preached in the whole world. The only thing next is the end. Regardless of whether it's 2011 or 2012 it is coming very soon. You don't have to believe it but you will find out the truth and it will hit you hard. I really pray you look into it instead of just denying it.

Date setting has been part of the Christianity since the days of Nero and even the apostles believed Christ would come soon.
Also it's ingrained in our psychological make-up. It's connected to our own life lines and the linear fulfilment of time. It has some basis in the anxiety of our time and history.
In mainstream Christianity it is clearly stated by Christ that we will not know the hour – so live each day to the fullest. It's not translated any other way.
Some extreme sects preach from Revelations and rally their believers into this kind of thinking. I believe it to be an aberrant belief. however the sects that promote end-of-time beliefs get their theology from a literal reading of Revelations. Biblical literalism is a modern Heresy.

Scientists do not predict dates for the world to end. neither do Christians, Muslims, Jews or any religion except those founded on recent fraud. That is done by religious zealots like Harold "Quack of Doom" Camping, charlatans and lunatics. some people are all three at once.

These predictions for 2012 are not science, they are anti-science, delusion, gibbering superstition and fraud posing as real knowledge for profit.

There is no Mayan "calendar" here. There is however a count of days that is supposed to fill up a "baktun" about 2012, probably in December 2012 but it could be years either side. we are not sure exactly when the count started. it appears to have been in August 3114BC by our system but it might have been earlier or later. In other words, the last day of the baktun (which is 144000 days long) might have passed and we didn't notice.

There is no prophecy of the EOTW or any "spiritual change" from the Mayans. anyone who claims that there is is a plain liar, fool or fraud. and there is no prophecy from any other culture, ancient or modern about 2012, except the fraudulent and sub-criminal recent one from confidence tricksters in our culture. not even the descendants of the Mayans believe in this spurious drivel.

The prophecies for 2012 are lies based on lies. There are no alignments, no predicted solar flares, no rogue planets or any of the rest of the pseudo-scientific and fake-historical babble.

This question has definitely been abused by the those with an eye on greed… who are willing to profit by playing on people's fears and fascination with impending doom. I call this BS mongering and something the ego loves to prance around about as being the "specialist in the know".

No-it-all, I'd say, fits quite well for many of the writings & movies we've seen coming down the pike on this one.

Though I suspect, there are a few people who are sincere and have interesting and genuine insights regarding some aspects of this calendar because many angles of perception are likely "at play".

My inner sense of this moves along these lines.
The Mayan calendar was more of a math equation regarding consciousness energy momentum and had nothing to do with predicting our futures per se.

However, the inclination of our collective consciousness does have a creating impact upon how our lives will evolve because there are consequences for all our choices.

The reason for an abrupt ending? They ran out of paper… I jest, ha ha….

Let's say they were calculating a mathematical function of Free will in relationship to the TAO or duality of two opposing energy fields in consciousness:

one in resonance or harmony with our Spirit-SOURCE-Creator, and vibrating to the tune of a Unity of Oneness, creating a greater good of ever more Love/Peace/ Wisdom/Light in our world

AND the

other in resonance with deviation & distortion from our Spirit-SOURCE-Creator, and vibrating to the tune of chaos of separation, creating an ever widening gap or void of anti-good of pain/fear/hate/greed in our world.

These two energies are designed to be held in a dynamic tension of opposing forces kept in balance.

However, free will is a WILD CARD, so to speak, and it has played havoc with this balance due to our proclivities toward narcissism that are not being kept in check.

SO, imagine this math equation of high level probabilities in permutation.

The calendar, or chart of "things" progressing as we "know it", meets with a crises in our collective mind when, the actions of our free will creates an energetic imbalance of more energy being of the NOT-Spirit aligned kind, rather than of what-IS/Spirit/ Creator kind.

You see, the dynamic breaks and goes amok, IF and WHEN, it should ever happen that as a race, we collectively create into manifested form, more NOT-Spirit/Love based energy.

This means more evil or not-Spirit energy becomes more than 50% of the entire unified field of energy. This causes the math equation to meet the end of its permutations, or the calendar simply ends.

We cannot have less Spirit-Source-God energy on this planet than not-Spirit-God energy; this would cause a "ka-ching", so to speak, such as Noah's Flood.

This doesn't mean this imbalance will occur at that time; it does mean it could. Look around you. do you think we're playing with some dangerous odds regarding this probability becoming a reality?

I think we are dangerously walking the edge. I hope people will wake up by their own choice, and change their ways and priorities, so as to not force this imbalance into fruition, which would be disastrous. AND, REALLY, not necessary.

This viewpoint has an eerie ring of TRUTH to it, don't you think? It's about choices, not destiny of doom and gloom.

i didn't get it…why did they predict that the end is on "2012"…because they wanted to scare people? or it was just some sort of a religion that sees the year 2012 as the end of the world?

The Mayans AND Nostradamus both predicted the same date as the end of the world. it goes thousands of years back into history. there were other ancient groups who came up with the same date but those 2 are the only one's I remember.

Christianity is eschatological, that is, it assigns some importance to 'the end of the World'. so when some ancient culture's calendar runs out at some date in the near future, it sets off gullible people in a tizzy.

People have been predicting the end of the world for decades; and as you can tell, they are always wrong. I don't know why they's picked 2012 this time around. I have even asked one person a point blank question to show me WHERE in the Bible he states this is written and he avoided the question — told me to go to some website…blah…blah…blah. I am a Christian and I do believe in the end of time; however, only God knows that day – no man knows. Don't fret over these predictions, just be prepared for his coming at any time.

the end of times has been predicted since the beginning of times and all years have at one time or another been 'predicted' there is nothing unique about 2012 and is just another random date used by end of time predictors. once it has passed other dates will be used.

The Mayans were pretty accurate with their astrological predictions and their calendar ends in 2012. it could just be that is how far they got before their civilization ended or it could be as some believe – the end of the world. Personally I think they just didn't get to go further.

The Mayans studied the stars and planet movement, and figured out a change would happen in 2012. They were right.

I believe it is a meteor, will be passing the earth in 2012, messing up our magnetic pull, which will mess with gravity, which will mess with the tides, which will mess with the weather.

NASA has already predicted that in 2012 GPS will no longer work, due to this magnetic change.

2012 is the end of the Mayan calender. I think it's when Quetzocoatl is supposed to come back. Personally, I just think they had to end it at some point.

This has happened throughout the History of the world. These are people with a lot of time in their hands and don't know what to do with it. Don't believe them. They are usually religious people doing this to attract prospects to their churches.

A friend told me the world is going to end in Dec 21st 2012 because the Mayan Calendar ends. What is all this about? Personally, I don't think it will happen. The world was supposed to end several times already. Please give me an accuarate summary of this prediction.

Even though we are currently experiencing an increase in solar flare activity as well as a migration of our magnetic poles, I don't expect the world will end because of this. At worst, we may witness more deaths due to stronger hurricanes and earthquakes; possibly massive tsunamis if we experience a sudden pole shift. The Mayans do not expect life to end, at the end of their calendar, only life as we know it; even so, it could always end if man does something to causes it to end. here is a little summary about the Mayan people and their predictions.

The Mayan Indians regard their beliefs as both a science and a religion. Their discoveries are not done in a lab but rather by tapping into the cosmos via the mind. Through the extensive use of meditation, they are able to discover and track planetary movements as well as space anomalies such as black holes. They used this information to construct a calendar so accurate that no present day calendar can rival its accuracy. They also use this information to predict future events.

According to some Mayans, this date marks the end of the long count of their calendar; Set to end on a winter solstice (12-21-12). On this date, our Solar system will be center aligned with the Milky Way's equator. our sun will be centered in a position called "The Tree of Life", as it does every 25,800 years. we will have exited the forth dimension and entered the fifth dimension. This date also marks the end of the Mayan "Great Cycle" of the long count, which is equivalent to 5125 years. we exit the age of Pisces and enter the age of Aquarius.

In this position, unusually violent sun spot activity will cause a pole shift. Earthquakes, tsunamis, and floods will run ramped. Significant loss of life will occur. Earths magnetic field will temporarily collapse. Humans will be exposed to a cosmic energy that will facilitate enlightenment. in this state of higher consciousness, we will recognize that all matter, plant, animal, mineral are bound as one. This realization will mark the end of wars for a time. People will be able to connect to the essence of god (vibrating energy) like only the most enlightened can.

The date marks a goal to be reached. Evil forces will make every effort to keep humanity from reaching the date. these evil forces are those entrenched in the third dimension, in the Material world. They have no desire to leave this age and wish to continue exploiting and endangering all life for material gain.

Wars just prior to this date could be most devastating, with a loss of as much as 2/3 of our population anticipated. The resulting man made environmental damage could make life inhospitable for those who survive.

What is the Mayan Calendar and Dec 21st,2012?

I know the world won't end in 2012. But did the Mayans actually believe that it would?

We are constantly hearing that the Mayan calendar ends in the year 2012. But did the Mayans actually think the world would end, or that something huge would happen in 2012?

Or did they just run our of space or something?

yes they did. they were brilliant and i actually kinda believe it. they figured that the sun would be in the center of the universe on December 21, 2012 and that this alignment would be the cause of the end of the world.

Some people believe that this is the year the antichrist will rise.
Some believe that Planet X will be the cause of our death.
Some believe that the economy will have something to do with it.
Some believe Global Warming will do it.
Nostraudamus predicted that it would have something to do with religion.

All of these have one thing in common: december 21, 2012.

I think all the others are just branches off the mayan prediction though.

We really don't know what the Mayans believed about 2012. We know it was the end of this current epoch – we just don't know the direction they would have taken.

Almost all the books the Mayans wrote were destroyed by the Spanish missionaries who thought they were books by the devil because they were written in cuneiform shapes. in fact we've only recently learned how to decipher the Mayan writings in stone.

No, neither is right. The Maya calendar DOES NOT end in 2012, nor did they think that the world would end on that date. all that stuff you hear about the Maya long count ending is crap dreamed up by new age nut jobs who can't bother to pick up an anthropological text on the subject. The calendar simply rolls over. just like how your clock rolls over at midnight to the AM of the next day. Nothing more.

And, when it comes to Maya end of the world ideas, they though that our age would end in "fire", though it's most likely a metaphor for conflict of some sort if the written record is to be believed. There's supposed to be fighting amongst both creatures and inanimate objects (the Maya believe that everything is alive, though we don't see it that way). even then, it's not the end end by any indication. It's only the end of this creation. According to the Maya, there were already 4 ages before us, each dominated by a different type of creature that failed to meet the gods' standards. As each group failed, it was replaced.

I don't think that they just ran out of space, because they plotted the begging of creation. why go all the way back, then suddenly end on this date? As for primitive, their calandar is more accurate than the one we use today. I don't think that the world will end, but I do think that there will be a shift.

My Aunt is an archaeologist and in her investigation, and talking to several remaining Mayans, they think that everyone who is making a big deal about it is silly. According to them, the Mayans on that specific area simply stopped the calender, no predictions, nothing. That's what I have been told.

Well the weird thing is that every 26,000 years the Earth tilts on its axis.this will happen again on 12-21-2012.We will also be centered with a black hole in the center of our galaxy when this happens.So it may all be a coincidence,or it may not.Either way it is strange….

You have to understand that the Mayans were a very primitive tribe… And a solar eclipse was seen as a world ending event….. And how many people had their heart cut out because of that single event……..
And who knows how they felt about a meteorite hitting the earth not to far from them….

The world won`t end . Don`t be afraid about it . The mayans didn`t say it would end .They just stopped the calendar . maybe the carver just passed away . But they don`t have any proof. The scientists aren't even sure yet ! So don`t believe it .

No — the end of the Mayan Calendar is simply the end of that Long Count (or the present World Age). It simply marks the beginning of the next cycle of rebirth & renewal for the Mayans.

I think the calendar just ended for some reason. there is simply no way that they predicted anything specific.

There are literally hundreds of dates throughout history that people said the world would end on. And its never happened.

Yes they did believe that. almost everything that has happened in history has been on that calendar. how they know? I don't know…. maybe they got that wrong, WE WILL SEE IN 2012

We can never be sure. It can also be possible we haven't found a new calender. We will have to see.
